MOQ varies by grade: Ceremonial 50kg, Premium 100kg, Culinary 200kg, Food Processing 500kg. Mixed orders are welcome.
How can I request a free sample?
Free samples (50-100g) are available for Ceremonial, Premium, and Culinary grades. Fill out the inquiry form above and specify your sample request.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. Net 30 available for established clients.
Do you provide custom packaging?
Yes, we offer white-label packaging and custom branding solutions. MOQ applies for custom packaging orders. Contact us for details.
How long does production take?
Production lead time is 15-20 days after order confirmation. Shipping time varies by method: Air Freight 5-7 days, Sea Freight FCL 25-35 days.
